How do I cancel my member subscription?

If you wish to cancel, call us at 1-888-579-5910 or email us at support@beenverified.com.  It helps to have your Membership ID handy so we can locate and cancel your account right away.  You can find your Membership ID in the My Account - Account Details area of your BeenVerified account, or in the Welcome New Member email you received when you signed up.  If you cannot locate your Membership ID, that's ok - we'll work with you to locate and cancel your account!  Customer service is available anytime from 8AM- 9PM EST (Mon.- Fri.) and 12PM - 8PM EST (Weekends).
