To view information on a property, simply click Property at the top, and enter the address you wish to search. If you are viewing a report on a person, you can also click to easily run a property report on any address in their address history.
A property report may contain sales data, mortgage history timeline, tax assessments and deed data, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, lot size, and much more. In the Neighborhood Safety area of the property report, you can also see a list of registered offenders registered in the vicinity of the address you searched.
The information in our reports comes from aggregated public records and publicly available data.
Property sales data can come from the municipal office responsible for recording real estate transactions in the area. Parcel information may come from county records. We are dependent upon the data that has been made digitally available by county records and other public sources.
If we are missing data on a property, please know that we are constantly updating and expanding our database to provide the most accurate and comprehensive reports we can.
If you are seeing no results for your property search, please first check to see that you have entered the address correctly. If you were trying to search an apartment or suite, please try searching without the apartment number to return any data we have about the building.
If we do not have any results for a property, we do not currently have any data for the address you searched. We are continuously adding to our database to be able to return data on more properties and improve the information we provide.
