If you only wish to run one report, simply sign up and run one report. If you are sure you don't wish to use your access to run multiple background reports, and run other searches on names, phone numbers, email addresses and properties, then simply contact Customer Care at 888-579-5910 or support@beenverified.com when you wish to cancel, and you won't be billed further. We pride ourselves on offering great customer service, and fast responses.
One of the reasons that we offer subscriptions is so that you can try out all of our different features, including different ways to search: name, phone, email, and property.
In addition, the information in our reports comes from public records. People move, get married, change jobs, phone numbers, etc so public records are always changing. We are constantly updating and expanding our database to provide the most accurate information we possibly can. With a subscription you have access to our Monitoring feature, which checks for any changes in your monitored reports every 30 days, and notifies you as soon as any information has changed.
